Workshop Synopsis

 

Title: Create a Rewarding and Productive Retirement

This half day workshop is specifically designed to address the emotional and social aspects of retirement.

The workshop includes lecture, discussion, and participant interaction through verbal and written exercises. Topics include the rewards of work, family matters and personal goals.

During the workshop the participants will:

• Determine the non-financial rewards of work important to them
• Identify replacement activities
• Better understand the effects of retirement on close relationships
• Create strategies to meet emotional and social retirement goals
• Develop an action plan
